Connecting your channels
WhatsApp, the Replaid widget, Instagram, Messenger, and Telegram. TikTok is not available yet.
Use a WhatsApp Business number, an Instagram Business or Creator account, a Facebook Page for Messenger, or a Telegram bot. For the Replaid widget, you need a website where you can add the install script.
Account and message limits
Each team can connect one Instagram account, one Facebook Page, one Telegram bot, and one Replaid widget. Telegram personal accounts and groups are not supported. Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, and the Replaid widget support text only; attachments are not supported on these four channels.
Importing recent messages
Instagram and Messenger can import available text messages from the last 30 days. Instagram imports DMs only. You choose whether to import history; the platforms may not provide every message. Imports do not send replies or trigger notifications.
Running your agent
Use ChatGPT, Claude, Hermes Agent, or another compatible client. You provide the business knowledge and reply instructions. Connect through MCP or REST. An MCP connection makes tools available when your agent runs. It does not start automatic replies. Your agent must be started by you, an external schedule, or a webhook receiver. How do I get beta access?
Replaid is in beta and access is by invitation. Send your email and use case through the beta access form. We’ll review your request and email you about access.
Does Replaid include an AI agent?
No. Use ChatGPT, Claude, or Hermes Agent with the knowledge and instructions you provide. Replaid gives it access to messages, checks your permissions, and records each action.

Can I try it without sending replies?
Yes. Keep sending disabled and allow draft replies. Your agent can read a conversation and save a draft in Replaid without sending it to the customer.
Does connecting MCP turn on automatic replies?
No. An MCP connection makes tools available when your agent runs. It does not start automatic replies. Your agent must be started by you, an external schedule, or a webhook receiver.
Can a person take over?
Yes. Your agent can flag a conversation for a person and pause its automation. You can review the conversation and the handoff in Replaid, then resume automation when appropriate.
Do I need to write code?
You can connect a compatible agent through its settings and sign in to Replaid. Custom API connections and automatic triggers need technical setup. Requirements vary by client and plan.
What does Replaid cost?
Founding Lifetime Deal: $299 USD one-time per team for the first 5 founding teams. Pay once for platform access — forever connect Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, and the Replaid widget via the MCP/agent connector, plus $50 prepaid usage credits preloaded in the wallet (funded by Replaid). No recurring SaaS tiers. For founding members, paid channel API costs such as WhatsApp and X (Twitter) are charged at the same price the provider charges, using prepaid credits. Applicable tax and your external agent or AI provider charges (ChatGPT, Claude, and others) are separate.
