Check how you supply that knowledge and set the rules.
Review the result and the actions the workflow takes.
Yes. Manychat documents AI features for understanding intent, qualifying leads, and creating replies. Availability depends on the feature, plan, and channel. Read Manychat’s AI guide.
Does Replaid run my agent automatically?
No. An MCP connection makes tools available when your agent runs. It does not start automatic replies. Your agent must be started by you, an external schedule, or a webhook receiver. You also provide the knowledge and instructions your agent uses.
Can I move my Manychat flows directly into Replaid?
Replaid does not provide a one-click Manychat flow importer. Start with one workflow and configure it in your chosen agent. Keep your existing setup until you have checked the new workflow and its channel requirements.
