Connect your agent.
Start with a draft.

One channel. Your own agent. A first reply you can review.

Make room for your conversations.

Access is by invitation. Request beta access first, then use your invitation to create your Replaid account. If you already have access, sign in and select your team. You need an owner or administrator to connect channels.

You’re ready when you can open Channels in Replaid.

Choose where to start.

Connect one channel for your first test. You can add the others later. WhatsApp is also available; the setup steps below cover the Replaid widget, Instagram, Messenger, and Telegram.

Choose your channel

Start on your own website.

  1. In Channels, open Website widget. Set your chat title, welcome message, and allowed websites.
  2. Enable the widget and copy the install script.
  3. Add the script to your website and open the page. You should see the chat button.

Connect your Instagram inbox.

  1. Use an Instagram Business or Creator account.
  2. In Channels, connect Instagram and approve access to the account you want to use.
  3. Choose whether to import recent text DMs. Return to Replaid and check that the account is connected.

Connect a Facebook Page.

  1. Use a Facebook account that can manage your Page.
  2. In Channels, connect Messenger, approve access, and select the Page.
  3. Choose whether to import recent text messages. Check that the Page is connected in Replaid.

Connect your Telegram bot.

  1. Create a bot with BotFather in Telegram and copy its bot token.
  2. In Channels, connect Telegram and paste the token into Replaid.
  3. Open the bot in Telegram and start a private conversation. Use a bot that is not connected to another webhook service.
Channel limits and history import

Each team can connect one Instagram account, one Facebook Page, one Telegram bot, and one Replaid widget. Telegram personal accounts and groups are not supported. Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, and the Replaid widget support text only; attachments are not supported on these four channels.

Instagram and Messenger can import available text messages from the last 30 days. Instagram imports DMs only. You choose whether to import history; the platforms may not provide every message. Imports do not send replies or trigger notifications.

TikTok is not available yet.

Messenger replies must be within its supported reply window. Start your test with a new incoming message.

Bring the agent you already use.

In Replaid, open Agents → Connections and copy the MCP server URL. Use the complete URL as shown, without adding /mcp.

Choose your agent

Connect with the Codex CLI.

With the Codex CLI installed, run these commands in your terminal. Sign in to Replaid in the browser and select your team.

Add Replaid to ChatGPT.

  1. Open Settings → Security and login and turn on Developer mode, if your account and workspace allow it.
  2. Open ChatGPT Plugins, select the plus button, and name the connection Replaid.
  3. Choose a public endpoint, paste your MCP URL, and create the connection. Complete Replaid sign-in and select your team.
  4. Start a new chat and add Replaid from the tools menu.

Add Replaid as a connector.

  1. For Pro or Max, open Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector.
  2. Add your MCP URL, select Connect, and complete Replaid sign-in for your team.
  3. In a new chat, use + → Connectors to enable Replaid.

Add a server in Hermes Desktop.

  1. Open the MCP servers panel and add a server named replaid.
  2. Paste this configuration into Server JSON, then save.
  3. Complete Replaid sign-in, select your team, and enable the server.

Check that your agent can read the inbox.

Using another client or the REST API?

Use the same URL with a compatible remote MCP client. Sign in with OAuth where supported. For token-based MCP or REST, a team owner creates an agent token in Agents → Tokens. Keep the token in your client’s secret settings.

REST uses the application host and /api/v1, with Authorization: Bearer <agent-token>. MCP and REST use the same action policies.

Your first reply. Ready for review.

In Agents → Policies, allow draft replies and keep sending disabled. Send a new message through your widget or from another account, then find it in Conversations.

Give your agent your business information, such as opening hours, then paste this prompt:

Find my latest unanswered conversation in Replaid. Read its context and save a draft reply. Use the business knowledge I have given you; ask me if information is missing. Do not send the reply.

Check the result in Replaid.

  • The reply appears as a draft in Conversations.
  • The action appears in Agents → Action Log.
  • The customer has not received the draft.
No draft yet?

No conversation: check the channel connection and send a new message. History imports do not trigger notifications.

Access error: reconnect your agent and select the correct Replaid team.

Action blocked: inspect Agents → Policies and the Action Log. Enable draft replies and supply any required confidence value.

Missing business information: give the agent the facts it needs, then ask for the draft again.

From a draft to a real reply.

Review the draft first. When you are ready, enable sending and ask your agent to send one specific reply. Check that it reaches the customer.

What about automatic replies?

An MCP connection makes tools available when your agent runs. It does not start automatic replies. Your agent must be started by you, an external schedule, or a webhook receiver.

What does Replaid cost?

Founding Lifetime Deal: $299 USD one-time per team for the first 5 founding teams. Pay once for platform access — forever connect Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, and the Replaid widget via the MCP/agent connector, plus $50 prepaid usage credits preloaded in the wallet (funded by Replaid). No recurring SaaS tiers. For founding members, paid channel API costs such as WhatsApp and X (Twitter) are charged at the same price the provider charges, using prepaid credits. Applicable tax and your external agent or AI provider charges (ChatGPT, Claude, and others) are separate.
