Do I need to pay before I can start?
No. Create your account, verify your email, and explore your workspace without a card. You can connect supported channels and your own agent. Setup is optional. Only operations with a charge need prepaid credit; Founding Lifetime is a separate, optional purchase.
What does lifetime access include?
One payment covers the listed platform access for one team, with no monthly platform fee. Paid channel usage, tax, and your external AI provider are separate. Future channels and roadmap features are not promised as part of this offer.
Read the service termsHow many accounts can my team connect?
Each team can connect one Instagram account, one Facebook Page, one Telegram bot, and one Replaid widget. Telegram personal accounts and groups are not supported. Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, and the Replaid widget support text only; attachments are not supported on these four channels.
Check channel setup and limitsWhat happens when my credit runs out?
Operations that need paid credit cannot proceed without enough available balance. Add credit to continue those operations. Supported Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, and widget text actions do not spend credit.
Does prepaid credit expire?
Yes. Prepaid credit expires one year after it is added to your account. This applies to the included $50 and to credit top-ups.
Does Replaid include an AI agent?
No. Bring ChatGPT, Claude, Hermes Agent, or another compatible client, with your own knowledge and instructions. Your external agent or AI provider charges remain separate. Connecting an agent does not start automatic replies.

Contact us with your payment reference and a description of the issue. Refund requests are reviewed against payment and credit records and applicable law, as set out in the terms.
